Grant Program for Conference Offices
Officiating initiatives at the conference office level are integral to the success of intercollegiate officiating. Supporting these conference offices in those endeavors is a key pillar of the RQ Foundation's mission, recognizing their essential role in ensuring the strength and growth of college officiating.
The RQ Foundation supports conferences through our grant program for a variety of officiating initiatives, including supporting the implementation of officiating technology (e.g., replay, communication systems), enhancing the gameday experience for officials, and supplementing game fees for postseason contests (e.g. Division III football bowl games).

Resources and best practices
Supporting conference offices is one of the core components of the RQ Foundation mission. We know that the role of the conference office is critical to the success of officials in the college space.
Not only does the RQ Foundation have programs in place to support small conferences financially, but we also aim to support conferences by providing resources and best practices on how to manage all aspects of officiating.
As college sports evolve, conference office staff members increasingly are pulled in a number of directions trying to manage. The RQ Foundation aims to ease the workload on conferences by providing sample documents for reference and/or use.
